Do I need an account to book a service?

Users can book a service with a guest account. However, creating an account allows you to track appointments, receive personalized recommendations, and unlock exclusive deals.

How do payments work on Fademate?

Payments on Fademate can be made either through online payment gateways, others like ewallet/easy wallet, or in cash when you visit the salon/barber. Choose the most convenient payment method for you at checkout.

Can I choose my preferred stylist for a service?

Yes! Once a service request is accepted by a manager, you may be able to request a specific staff member for your service, provided the salon/barber allows this option. You can confirm the assignment with the salon when booking.

How do I become a manager or staff on Fademate?
